低氘水對(duì)體內(nèi)腫瘤發(fā)育作用的雙重性(2)

B16黑色素瘤是具有高轉(zhuǎn)移潛力的惡性腫瘤。靜脈注入放射同位素后,腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組的差異。在腫瘤接種前一個(gè)月開始喂飼低氘水的小鼠組中發(fā)現(xiàn),腫瘤肺轉(zhuǎn)移數(shù)量顯著低于,腫瘤接種后才開始喂飼低氘水的小鼠組和對(duì)照組的小鼠。在腫瘤接種后才開始喂飼低氘水的小鼠組中,與對(duì)照組比較腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移數(shù)量沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上的顯著差異。
總之,低氘水顯示了對(duì)腫瘤發(fā)展過程的雙重效應(yīng):在腫瘤發(fā)展時(shí)喂飼低氘水對(duì)壽命和腫瘤轉(zhuǎn)移,以及抑制腫瘤生長(zhǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)移都沒有積極影響,而在腫瘤發(fā)展之前喂飼低氘水小鼠的存活率提高。
已證實(shí)了的低氘水對(duì)腫瘤發(fā)展過程的積極效應(yīng)。
